Sales Consultant

• Identify business opportunities and generate new leads for Ecobank's products and services.
• Present, promote, and sell banking products to prospective individual and corporate clients.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs within the scheduled timeframe.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and identify industry sales trends.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer inquiries and market responses.
• Ensure compliance with bank guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of banking products, customer needs, and local market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
