Executive Sales Agent

ICEA Lion Group Uganda is seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our insurance, investment, and trust fund products to potential clients. • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and explain insurance, investment, and trust fund products to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and securing new business.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
• Background knowledge in Insurance, Investments, and Trust Funds is essential.
• Certificate of Proficiency from ITC is an added advantage.
