Barista

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Naalya. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the café or restaurant is a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued, as is the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to high standards
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Upsell and promote special offers or new products to customers
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth service operations

• O Level education
• Proven Barista experience
• Smart and presentable appearance
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
